The Graduate Outcomes steering group was dissolved in 2023 following integration of the survey as ‘business as usual’.
Open centralisation includes a transparent approach to governance to maintain the confidence of funders and users of the survey, including HE providers.
A key aspect of this approach was the steering group established to advise HESA through the implementation phase of the Graduate Outcomes survey, and into business as usual.
We continue to seek advice from Statutory Customers, providers, and the wider HE sector as and when their advice and expertise is needed. We work closely with sector bodies such as AGCAS and British Council to make sure the survey remains relevant and useful to the sector. A new Student Data Forum is currently being established with representatives from the Statutory Customers and sector bodies that will have the Graduate Outcomes survey in its remit.
